John did an excellent job of teaching the steps for my machine setup, maintenance & care, and menu options. He talked me through scenarios and allowed me to practice before I left. The overall experience was great! (despite the fact... Who "really" wants to look in the mirror with a mask and tubes hooked up?)

15 yrs ago airway was a kind, caring, thoughtful company. last year it was bought out by aero care. Unfortunate ... the abilities of its people to meet customer needs are very low. Stay clear of them there are better choices for your oxygen

John was very friendly and thorough. I have no doubt my first night and months to come will be successful with my CPAP due to his kind instruction! Our scheduler was also super friendly and helpful. Airway Oxygen is surely blessed with great staff!

After dealing with my Insurance Customer Service Department and getting no were. I stopped in to Airway to get a download off my bypap machine. Talked to John Davy., he did a wonderful job of working out my issue. Would definitely recommend John if you have questions or needs for anything to do with sleep apnea equipment.

After spending 10 days in the NICU, my daughter was discharged on 11/24/23. We contacted the on-call and Devin from Fort Wayne made the 2+ hour driver at 8:00pm to ensure my daughter had enough oxygen. Devin dropped off two larger tanks, extra tubing and walked us through the setup again. Devin communicated clearly, acted very professionally and gave my wife and I the peace of mind that my daughter had what she needed! THANK YOU DEVIN!
